Who is it for?
Homeowners who want to understand and care for their home, and builders, designers, and trade professionals who want the details of their work to carry through to ownership.
Is it just for newly built homes?
New construction is a natural starting point because the details are close at hand. The broader vision includes existing homes, renovations, equipment replacements, and the records that accumulate along the way.
Does the record stay with the home?
That’s the idea at the heart of BuiltBook. The product is being designed around a transferable property record, so useful knowledge can follow the home through future ownership changes.
